Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Yesterday, I bought a certain monthly magazine offering the literary review, column, interview and the rest.
This issue features a certain manga-ka, and there is a conversation of the manga-ka and Arakawa-san.
That's why I bought it.

In that conversation, I was surprised.
Arakawa-san was a mother, and she has a son who is two years old.
She says she wants to make her son say "Mom's manga is interesting" when he will grow up and get to read my works, then she is drawing with thinking it.
I'm sure he must say it.

I remember she was admitted into the hospital a few year ago...it was just about time when she drew "Ed's return".
I seem this timing fits her son's age...just maybe her hospital stay was due to her childbirth?!
But she never missed work, and FMA continued without a break...she drew the manga in a hospital as soon as she gave birth?!
If so, this is exactly Arakawa-san, she is tough.

And I'm so interested in her husband...what kind of person does Arakawa-san love?
After all he is muscular...?

Anyway, congratulations on your newborn baby!

...he is already two years old though.

Wow, I had been a huge FMA-fan for years and yet I didn't know about Arakawa being a mom since two years back until now and reading about how tough she really is, makes me so proud as a woman! Go Arakawa! <3

wow, I didn't know she was a mother! Well, that's todays lesson. This just shows how awesome Arakawa is! Tons of manga's have been delayed because of the manga-ka have some kinda a problems or stuff like that, but she gave birth while she continued.. I'm taking of my hat for her!
Haha, her husband.. now I'm curious too.. Armstrong-type maybe? XD

Yeah, I guess probably she drew a few chapters ahead of schedule due to her child-bearing leave.
I hope she never works herself too hard, but the passion for her task deserves respect.
